Two Party Mediation
Civil Limited = Cases up to $25K
$150 For First 2 Hours and $250 for every hour after initial 2 hours.
Civil Unlimited = Cases over $25K
$250 For First 2 Hours and $350 for every hour after initial 2 hours.
The following fees are applicable to two-party mediations. Mediation rates for more than two parties available by quote. There is a 4 hour minimum. Mediations sessions typically occur Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays, between the hours of 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM though weekend mediation sessions are available. *Minimum mediation session time is 4 hours on-line or in-person.

Policy
Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy: A written notice of at least 15 days is required for rescheduling or cancellation. Failure to provide such notice will result in a nonrefundable cancellation fee of $300 (limited case) or $500 (unlimited case), payable by the requesting party.
Policy
Conference room facilities must be arranged by the parties. Mediations typically are held at one of counsel's offices. Should a third party facility become necessary, Flower Power Mediation can assist in locating a suitable facility; however, the facility fee will be the responsibility of the parties.
